Neptune is a sweet little guy who loves to be held like a baby and have his cheeks rubbed. He is super playful and loves treats! His furever home will be very lucky to have a cat like him. He will be available for adoption on 11/19, but you can pre-apply for this sweetheart now! The adoption fee is $75, but only $100 if you adopt him with one of his siblings!
