Rocko showed up at his foster family's door about two years ago, cold, lonely, and abandoned. He had a microchip, but his former family never answered the call.  He is super affectionate and loving. He is also declawed on all four feet - poor guy!  So when he was abandoned outside he was also defenseless! He is neutered, current on his shots. His foster is now needing him to find his purrfect family for she can no longer keep him.
